The project now meets the conditions for tendering and is being publicly invited for bidding.

2. Project Overview and Scope of Tender

2.1 Project Overview:

2.1.1 Project Name: 2024 Provincial-Level Key Leading Enterprise Project for Agricultural Industrialization—New Intelligent Fruit Canning Facility ( Prepared foods ) Production-oriented processing line project;

2.1.2 Maximum price limit: 1500 Ten thousand yuan, of which: Lot 1: 300 Ten thousand yuan, Section 2: 670 Ten thousand yuan, Section 3: 200 Ten, Section 4: 200 Ten thousand yuan; Section 5: 130 Ten thousand yuan;

2.1.3 Bidding details: Section 1: Pre-processing Equipment (Raw Material Washer, Raw Material Grader, Automatic Fruit Core Remover, Brush-Flip Machine, Alkali Spraying Machine, Peeling Machine, Pre-cooking Machine, Cooling Machine); Section 2: Fine Processing Equipment (Slicing Machine, Light Inspection Unit, Brush Debris Removal Machine, Automatic Canning Machine, Elevator Conveyor); Section 3: Sterilization Equipment (Roller-Type Sterilizer), Circulation Line (Canned Goods Circulation Line); Section 4: Conveying Equipment (Stainless Steel Mesh Belt, Conveyor Belt); Section 5: Glass Bottle Sealing Machine;

2.1.4 Scope of the tender: 2024 Provincial-Level Key Agricultural Leading Enterprise Processing Incentive Project — New Intelligent Fruit Canning Facility ( Prepared foods ) Production-oriented processing line project—details are provided in the tender documents.

2.1.5 Delivery period: From the date of contract signing until 2024 Year 10 Month 30 Day;

2.1.6 Delivery location: As specified by the tenderer;

2.1.7 Quality standards: Meet the bidder's requirements and comply with current national codes and acceptance criteria.

3. Bidder Qualification Requirements

3.1 The eligibility requirements for bidders in this tender are as follows:

3.1.1 Qualification Requirements: Bidders must have independent legal status and the capability to provide either the manufacturer or an authorized agent of the products being tendered for this procurement.

3.1.2 Credit requirement: Bidders must not be listed on "Credit China." “Web ( http://www.creditchina.gov.cn ) Added to the "List of Discredited Persons Subject to Enforcement" "Otherwise, their bid will be rejected (based on the results of the inquiry conducted after the bid deadline on the day of opening)."

3.1.3 Other requirements:

( 1 ) Any legal entity, other organization, or individual with a conflict of interest that could compromise the fairness of the bidding process is prohibited from participating in the tender. Additionally, organizations whose heads are the same person, or those that have controlling or managerial relationships with each other, are not allowed to bid for the same lot or participate in the same bidding project if it hasn’t been divided into separate lots.

( 2 ) This project will undergo post-qualification review, and the specific qualification criteria and requirements are detailed in the tender documents.

4. Obtaining the Tender Documents

4.1 Please bring the following documents to register and purchase the bidding documents; incomplete documentation will not be accepted. The documents required for bidder registration include: a. Business license and supporting documentation meeting the requirements (original documents and photocopies stamped with the supplier’s official seal); b. Certificate of Legal Representative Identity and the Legal Representative’s ID Card (original) – required for registration by the legal representative; or the Legal Representative’s Authorization Letter and the Authorized Person’s ID Card (original) – required for registration via an authorized agent. For other documents, submit the original along with one set of photocopies stamped with the official company seal. Please note that incomplete documentation will result in refusal of service.
